Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please request a return within 14 days and place a new order.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your address, so long as the delivery country/location remains the same. We cannot change the delivery country/location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Is payment secure?
Yes — all transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system to ensure your data remains private and protected.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We do worldwide shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location and are subject to logistics. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in parcels getting delayed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, otherwise refund might not be successful.
For international returns, we offer a pre-paid return label for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The estimated cost for the return label is between 30-50 GBP, and an additional 5% international transaction fee will apply to every return processed.
Please note that the final deduction amount is based on the actual shipping cost of your order. The refund deduction amount depends on the returner's mailing address, the quantity and weight of the returned goods.
Do you offer exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the item(s) and place a new order at your earliest convenience.
Technical Issues
I didn’t receive my order confirmation or shipping emails.
Check your spam/junk folder, as automated emails may be redirected there. If you still haven’t received them, contact us at chalkandthread@gmail.com and we’ll help.
I’m having trouble with my payment.
Ensure your card details are correct and that your bank isn’t blocking the transaction. If the issue persists, contact us — we’ll be happy to help.
